Documents Required to integrate the importer of record file (Mexican Entity)

Photocopy of the Cedula federal de Contribuyentes (R.F.C.) the equivalent of the Mexican I.R.S. Number. 
Photocopy of the Alta de Hacienda (R-1) skating the current fiscal address of the place of business. 
Photocopy of the Acta Constitutiva de la Empresa, (articles of incorporation of the Mexican Corporation). 
NAFTA Certificates of Origin for the items produced in The United States. 
Authorizations Issued by any government agency such as SECON (NOMS, Certificado de Origen), SEMARNAP (Aut. Foréstales, carnicos, etc.) 
Original signature by the CEO or legal representative of the company on the form called "Manifestación de Valor en Aduana para Importaciones definitivas" or manifestation of value for customs.(Form provided by the Mexican Broker)
Original signature by the CEO or legal representative of the company of the form called "Carta Encomienda" (Power of Attorney) on letterhead from the company. (Form provided by the Mexican Broker). 
Photocopy o fan official ID of the CEO or legal representative of the company (Ex. Official Passport). 
Copy of the PADRON DE IMPORTADORES (Nacional Census of IMPORTERS) 

NOTE: The documents mentioned above should be provided to the Mexican Customs Broker BEFORE ANY OPERATION is to be performed and they can be obtained trough the company's lawyers or CPA's.
